About MM Outsourced, LLC
MM Outsourced, LLC is a Florida-based construction project and development-management company founded and led by Elizabeth Misco. MMO provides the administrative, financial, documentation, and coordination systems that help construction and real-estate projects move forward with greater clarity and control.Elizabeth Misco is the founder and managing member of MM Outsourced, LLC and the owner of M4 Construction and Development Group, LLC. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, she brings experience in residential construction project management, renovation lending, finance, housing and foreclosure-prevention programs, permitting, budgeting, contractor coordination, and construction administration.
Elizabeth has passed all three Florida construction contractor examinations—Business & Finance, Project Management, and Contract Administration—and is completing the experience documentation and DBPR application for contractor licensure.
